Support
The support area is provided in order to help customers in a more convenient way. We have separated this into two areas:
- FAQ - including all public information related to the standard development kits, software problems and tools questions.
- Support request - for official SND customers during their development processes. This tool is only for registered customers in order to supply full online support using a specially designed web page showing all open and closed support cases related to that customer. A registered customer can only see and administer his own requests.
